Summary: Maverick Suites is in a great location, if you do not have a vehicle. Friendly, safe neighborhood, shops and good restaurants, close to public transportation. The building is well cared for and safe. That said, the room itself is small and probably works best for a 1-2 night stay. The room was clean when we arrived, but there are no instructions on where to bring trash or how to get a clean towel (room comes with 2 bath,2 face,1 hand towel), which after multiple days was challenging.
